Our journey on two 125cc Motomia Enzos covered approximately 5 800 kilometres over 19 days starting in the Cape Winelands, up the West Coast, all the way to Mussina hugging the Botswana border, before heading back past Swaziland, through the Wild Coast and the Baviaanskloof and returning to Stellenbosch.

We've always believed that one does not need to need loads of money and a Sports Utility Vehicle to travel around South Africa. Even with the tough economic times and the rising cost of fuel one can still have an epic adventure. To live our dream we bought the two most affordable bikes we could get and decided to put these 125cc Motomia Enzos to the test and take an epic journey, covering approximately 5 800 km around the inside of South Africa's border.
We have been married for almost three years now. We have been touring the Western Cape on Francois' KLR650 on weekends, but this was our first long trip riding our own bikes. Francois is a lecturer at the Stellenbosch University and Tania is employed by the Franschhoek Wine Valley Tourist Association.
